It would actually be cool to assign these guys a check ride when returning from the hospital or when new butters come in. Assign them a check ride to make sure they are really 100% and manage their proficiencies. So if someone sucks at bombing, you can assign them a bomb training run to get them more proficient. 

I have a pilot who has been on 11 combat flights, mostly all ground attack, and not 1 piece hit. He really sucks. If I didnt need pilots I would fire him. 

North Korean, I think they are happier with an extra bowl of rice than a medal. 😁

Yes, finally something even I can hit with my bombs! My rockets just do their own thing when I fire them though...

I've gotten pretty good at aiming rockets accurately, but to do that I have to fire them almost at ground level, just seconds away from crashing... On the bright side, yesterday I scored a direct hit on a tank and blew it up.

My problem, that I realised last night, is that I'm terrible at lining up a target, so touch the rudder at the last second then watch my rockets fire sideways! 😂

Yeah, lining up directly with or against the wind seems way more important compared to GB.

It looks like it's impossible to be captured in Career Mode. I just completed a mission to attack an enemy airfield deep behind enemy lines, and right over the target I clearly saw one of the pilots in my flight bail out (dozens of kilometers behind the front line, right in full view of all the anti-aircraft gunners).

After the mission, I checked his status, and it turned out he would only need a couple of days to return to the airfield.
