Commander Career has arrived in Korea. IL-2 Series!

Update 0.003 is now live, introducing a new single-player mode that puts you in command of an air regiment.

Manage personnel and resources, plan operations, keep your unit combat-ready, and decide whether to take part in sorties yourself or focus on strategy.

The update also adds 19 new task types to the Task Editor, introduces background music during missions, and expands the list of control-layout diagrams to more than 20 devices.

More detail has been added to the Korean Peninsula map, alongside further improvements to visual and sound effects, aircraft physics and systems, AI behavior, performance, and many other elements of the game.

Nice update. I can't see anything about F-86 structural strength fix. Were Sabre's wings fixed or not yet?

They already made a change for that, in the earlier patch.

A bit OT-how can we add our own custon music? I see thepossibility in "settings" but no idea where to go from there?

Creating missions for an F-86 Career and 2 of the Bomber Intercept missions are only allowing a Maximum of 1 plane.. I backed out of them and they are no longer selectable (circled in Red).

But i made a bug post about napalm not working on infantry. And got back it was a known thing. But couldn't find anything about it in the fix list?

BTW, the newspaper articles for the US side were all sourced from newspapers.com, so lemme know what you think. 🙂 All those headlines and articles are essentially what people would have been reading during the real war.

Just because they acknowledge an issue doesn't mean that they were able to fix it right away.

They weren't lying when they said performance improvements, my FPS has doubled when I'm close up on the bombers in Black Thursday, and the contrails looks mint now.
