I'm doing the patinas with oils to break up the constant RLM76 color and, of course, creating the oil spills from flight or speed. Spoiler I hope you like the result. It still needs some work with oils and pencils to create depth and a few scratches, but less and less. If all goes well, I'll start a new project on Tuesday. FW190A-? I won't be able to show these FW190 works. 3 1

HootsButOlder Posted Friday at 09:11 AM Posted Friday at 09:11 AM Slow progress on the Bireme mainly due to all the compound curves at bow and stern being a pain in the backside and also carving and fairing in the ramming prow. That and life getting in the way of course. Anyway, starting to look like a boat at last, the front and back are to be sealed and painted so the less than perfect planking won't be too much of an issue (apart from for me as I know it's there). 6 1
