Make sure you trust Korea-il-2Series_Installer.exe before you open it." what does that mean?
Blitzen Posted Thursday at 04:08 PM Posted Thursday at 04:08 PM (edited) Very quick response; Easy download and instal this morning.Still working on "Visual " settings and key stroke ( many remain from Great Battles, but others have to be changed back to those settings....) commands. It took a few minutes to understand the new interface and actually fly a training mission or two as well as one of the combat missions. Initial impressions: Lovely eye candy with aircraft , aircraft interiors and landscape as was expected. In flight : lower than expected FPS and choppy especially in cockpit. With a 4080 card I hoped to circumvent this. I'll dial down a few "visual" settings and hope this might help, but it's going to take something to get it beyond the low 30's. I've only flown the Mig 15, F-86,in training missions ,and I tested the P-80 in a training combat mission. The first to had reasonable control responses in my old trusty MS FFB stick, but the P-80 was VERY sloppy, and I wondered if I had missed something in setup initially or in pre-flight? They keep lists of software that is safe to download and software that is dangerous. Because this installer is new, it is not on either of these lists yet, and Windows shows this warning to tell you that it doesn't know whether the software is safe, and you need to be careful yourself. Fortunately, the only danger of the installer is to your free time. 1

Gn893 Posted Friday at 02:45 AM Posted Friday at 02:45 AM It might be the browser,, I had the same issue I went to Edge settings, turned off all the download security settings, downloaded the exe, then turned it all back on. That worked for me

They are coming in the next 6 months but people who purchased the Founders edition will get for free. I also feel for this as well thinking they were coming with the early release. Could have just saved our money and purchased them later.

That filename means that the download didn't fully complete. This is an intermediate name, and after the download is completed, it will be renamed to Korea_IL2Series_Installer.exe, which you can just start. I don't understand your question. Can you try explaining it again. Perhaps write it in your own language and then use Google Translate to turn it into English.

You don't enter the license key. That is handled by logging into the game with your account. Log in here: https://il2-series.com Then click on Profile, and then download: Using the installer you install the game and then you log into the game with the same account that you use for the site (not the account for the forum, but the site with the shop).
