I've already tried everything with support, it doesn't help!

just purchased the game and during installation i get this error message. i hit restart but it keeps repeating the same thing. i contacted support but hopefully someone can shed some light sooner as i have a busy schedule and have been eager to give it a go. thanks in advance.

Hello friend, the support doesn't give any help, they keep asking questions without giving answers, I have a similar problem, I tried to install it every day until the installation started without doing anything, it's probably a Windows problem but they have to fix it.

I cannot login to the game via steam despite having correctly verified my email address and password with IL2 series.com. Any help would be appreciated I've tried nearly everything and I'm stumped if not resolved soon I'll have to ask for a refund.

Forum account and account on site of il-2 series are different. Have you asked the support? https://il2-series.com/en/support/
