Hi, not sure where to post but I can't log in into the game. After entering Emailadress and password and trying to login, I get message 4 ; wrong email or password.

I also had great difficulty to even fill in the email, sometimes different letters like "a" or "c" didn't show or even deleted the previous written text.

Finally after several tries I got it but now I get that  error message.

How can I get logged in?

Any ideas?

There is a workaround, copy and paste both login and password

I am having the same problem,can't get to login online.getting the wrong address,password messege and when I try to change my password keep getting wrong original password messege.

It seems that there is a problem as soon you use the @ key for the email.

I can use any letters, but as soon i type the @it seems that there is a limitation.

I must do a copy past from notepad to login.

Hi there.

I just bought Korea early access earlier today and downloaded it.  I have just tried logging in to the launcher and I get an error when doing so:

#5: Licence Key is not activated

I've checked my account and it is showing as activated.

I can't proceed any further though.

Any solutions please?

When I launch the game, I get an error message and never get the Play button. Instead, it stays stuck at Preparing 100% then the error. 

Here's what Event Viewer shows.

The Install directory is whitelisted as an exception in Anti-Virus.
Attempted to setup the game in the nVidia app by adding "IL2Series.exe" as a new program. Even if I remove it from the nVidia app, the error persists.

Launcher is not started after installation. When the launcher app is run, the launcher app window is open for 1-2 sec. and closed without any error. I try a lot of time, no results. I try run app as an administrator - no results, I try close the window defender and run app - zero results.

My PC spec:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900KF   3.20 GHz
48,0 GB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti (16 GB)
 

Upd: after several run attempts, the launcher run after all

Because of my hard crash bug when quitting the game, I decided to uninstall and reinstall, clear, however I only got to 25% before I get a launcher error, the same laucher error I often get when trying to just start the game.

When I purchased IL2 Korea, I signed into my account with Steam instead of setting a username and password.  Now, when I run the game, I'm asked to sign in with an email and password which is problematic, since I signed in with Steam.

My only thought is that I had an account before, from playing Great Battles, and tied it to Steam but I do not remember that password.  I've already contacted support, but posting here in case I'm wrong and it turns out to be a bug.
