Barrikady Fountain?

Where is the Barrikady Fountain?

I am sure it is modelled in the Stalingrad map and cityscape. 

Is it near the Grain Elevator, South end, West Bank ?

I am wondering if it possible to land a Polikarpov Po-2 near it for some great screen shots or a slow fly-by.

Curiously, two or three weeks ago I was flying over Stalingrad and looked for the fountain. As you suggested, today I've tried to land. No problem at all.
