They probably just bundled maintenance things with actual changes in the past, but now that GB development is getting less and less, they may more often have to do updates with no functional changes in them.

Not long ago there was a small update with no notice or change log, and I posted one since I happened to know that it was updates to one of my campaigns. It’s really not unusual at all… also there is never any advance notice, so that is SOP. Such behaviour only encourages paranoia, confusion, stress, depression, privacy concerns and loss of mental well-being often leading to negative physical manifestations like ED.
