Odessa Map Limit Extension

Hi All,

Thanks to the inventions of EffeDB (Old Forum) and his Moscow Free Flight Zone.

I was able to create the Odessa Map Limit Extension in all directions.
The purpose is to enable the usage of all close to the map limits located existing airfields, towns,... for flight sim mission design.
