Career mode to easy

I tried some careers now ( with different planes ) and they are all way to easy.

I dont mean just the flights themselves. It‘s rather that you get way to many ressource points ( I am really ‚swimming‘ in ressourceds, pilots, planes after some weeks )

You can also take just the same pilots over and over again without they are getting tired. So why having 5 swarms?

Since 1.004 it now doesnt happen anymore that 7 of 8 Migs get lost cause low fuel - so it‘s even worser now 😉

Two more questions: How can I achieve to give my complete sqaud a different livery ( which also is taken then for replacement planes ) - and my complete flight a specific loadout ?

I think that they should further fix the issues with pilots killing themselves and improve the career GUI to be easier to use, and then go back and tune the difficulty.
