More accessible formation commands

The formation commands are buried something like five deep. Could they have their own tree, accessible from the first radio menu page?

Also, individual commands for 'tighten' and 'loosen' formation; so you don't need to even open the radio menu. They get used a lot, but it's a chore to find them.
