HI,

The high graphics setting is missing; only low, balanced, and VR-optimized options are listed.

How to fix this.

This was an "optimization" introduced with patch 1.004b and is already heavily critizized. See according thread

Rig - RTX5090 + i5-14600KF + Pimax Dream Air

Content - Flying Circus 1-4 + IL2-BoX ( all sceneries ) + IL2-Korea
