Error in Mig template

I can’t paint that area of the rudder – the layer of grime is stopping me...?
I apply the colour coat underneath, and it disappears in that area.

@LukeFF, please have a look at it – to be able to paint that area, @FAW_Tromplamort managed it by using a workaround.
