Add 'Distance' to Duel parameters

Currently the separation between aircraft at spawn is 3k which is barely enough time to get one's pants off, especially in the jets.

You can get around it by setting a skermish and delete your wingmen against one foe. Than you can set the distance and start condition.  I like to set two singles of different types out to the side at ten kilometers.  

It works fine for one on one practice, gives you time to trim up and set up your merges.
