That is correct. Terrain elevation is the height of the ground above mean sea level. In my implementation, contour lines outlines terrain with same elevation, and hillshade relief plots relative gradient (bright = terrain descends to NW, dark = terrain descends to SE, the effect looks like 3D illustration with light coming from NW). Possibly then you would see also topographical info in the in-flight maps regardless of zoom level. Just an FYI though it would be a lot of tiles. There are 3 sets (I believe 1 per level of zoom) for Kuban for instance and total 420 tiles to convert. Each map has similar set up. Some with more or less levels of zoom, eg karelia only has 2 sets. Yes. Someone on Reddit has expressed the same idea. The immediate priority would be to finish all maps, but modding the map tile would be the immediate next step. Edited September 26 by Yuekang
