Cockpit view strangeness (I use a mouse)

I use a mouse and the free camera to move my pilots views while he's looking outside the canopy.  Not optimal, I know, but I'm used to it and it works for me.  Since the last update something strange has been happening.  Anytime I am applying rudder in a turn and using the mouse to look outside the cockpit, my view suddenly and automatically zooms full-in and looks down at the floor.  If I return to level flight or zoom out another way, or reset/center the view it goes away.  I've been thru my keybinds at least 10 times but can't figure out what is causing it.  Anyone else experience this?  What was the fix?
