I have a strange idea for immersive gameplay

What if i suffer a big hit on my head and have amnesia (with any luck the part about air combats will be affected),then i can properly roleplay what real confusion is like in air combat without hundreds of hours of simulated flying time in my reflexes.What do you guys think?

Sometimes in multiplayer when reading the chat or watching people taxi then I think such system is already sold. 😉
