Manifold pressure in handbook in metric and imperial

Right now, it seems that the manifold pressure in the handbook depends on the game-wide locale settings. While most people may be able to roughly convert back and forth between mph and km/h, I don't think the same holds true for pressure units. This makes the values in the manual less useful as a quick reference for either red or blue planes, depending on mentioned setting. Maybe the best solution would be to give both values in the manual table.
