[MOD] Easy particles

I'm slowly working my way through Korea. It's supposed to have a good, interesting particle system with animated textures. But for some, they really hurt FPS. I've reduced the textures by 2, or 4 times. So, 256 became 128, for example. The original particle folder was 101 MB, now it's 27. It gives a slight boost in heavy combat.
