[MOD Framework] HUD Icon Modding Package.

I have extracted the hudicons.cfg file (new in IL2 Korea) as well as the DDS image files needed to edit or make custom HUD icons. The new config file offers a convenient way of editing HUD icon properties. The zip file is setup with the proper file structure for the JSGME mod loader or the contents can be copied directly in the the main IL2Series game folder.  No files are overridden only new extracted files added. The readme.txt file included has all the information you will need to get started modding your own HUD icons.

Thanks a lot, great work. I made the icons smaller and adjusted them. I made the triangle for the airplanes just a dot, now it's perfect.
