XQ_Lothar29 Posted May 30 Author Posted May 30 (edited) Hello friends and fans of this beautiful World War II simulator, as you all know, called IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles. When this fantastic simulator came out in 2013, I remember I was working in Africa, and when I returned after three months to spend my five days of leave with my girlfriend and her daughter, the first thing I did was buy the simulator. And although I couldn't fly it, I knew that when I returned for my next rotation I would be able to use it. The fact is, more than 35 years have passed since I started seriously in the world of simulation, and I will never tire of flying World War II aircraft. Having said that, here's my new short video, and I hope you enjoy it. On another note, as always, I'm constantly battling the VVS (Voenno-Vozdushnye Sily), which is superbly organized. Very soon, videos dedicated to the history of many pilots, both from the Luftwaffe and other air forces. I hope you enjoy it Edited May 30 by XQ_Lothar29 1
XQ_Lothar29 Posted June 1 Author Posted June 1 Hello everyone, fellow players and friends of this simulator, remember that the new WoL campaign starts today. I present to you a new short video and a new format that I'll be using from time to time on the magnificent Wings of Liberty server. I hope you enjoy it. Unfortunately, because the final description is in 1080 x 1920 resolution, I made a small mistake and the text is very small, but you can find the complete description in the description itself. I also uploaded the version without music. The next one will have music. Enjoy the video! PS: I'm having a really hard time; I'm in terrible pain. 1
XQ_Lothar29 Posted June 6 Author Posted June 6 As I mentioned, I wanted to make a small change and return to the path I left behind years ago: cinematic videos of online flights. That doesn't mean I'm abandoning the shorts, because this is precisely the first part, and the second is a short film, which is more detailed and uses much closer camera angles. I simply have many hours of incredible videos, and we'll all enjoy them immensely. I hope you enjoy this video, and remember, patience is a virtue. WoL forever 2
XQ_Lothar29 Posted June 8 Author Posted June 8 For those who don't have time to watch the 9-minute cinematic video, I've uploaded the short version, with better views of the Yak-3 combat and the unexpected ending, which is why one video complements the other. I simply hope you enjoy it. And that these 3 minutes are as entertaining as possible. 2
XQ_Lothar29 Posted June 19 Author Posted June 19 I hope all lovers of this beauty enjoy this almost 3-minute short video. As you know, the vast majority of my battles and feats are with the Bf 110, both the E-2 and the G-2, which I handle very, very well. In any case, in war, one can never feel safe until home, because in war, even the best and the goodest people end up badly. Enjoy this attack with a friend and soon I'll upload a great aerial battle. I hope you enjoy it. 1
XQ_Lothar29 Posted June 29 Author Posted June 29 I hope you enjoy this short story. I've put a lot of effort into achieving what I wanted, as I haven't quite finalized the results yet. I don't have the results very clearly yet. Have a great week and stay healthy! Title: The Last Exit Ju88C-6
XQ_Lothar29 Posted July 4 Author Posted July 4 (edited) I hope you enjoy this new short film. I won't be trying any more experiments. I'll continue with my usual short films and not much else. I just hope you enjoy this one and find it satisfying. From your friend Lothar29 PS: Well friends, the previous short film was an experiment, since I studied fine arts and later, illustration, comics, and animation. I'd wanted to do a comic/short film fusion for a long time. Unfortunately, the sketches I uploaded to the AI to be colored and have dialogue added were poorly done, and on top of that, I didn't think to translate them into English. So I understand that you didn't like it, or didn't understand it... What it means is that it was all a dream, and the last panel at the end of the video is where he wakes up from the nightmare cursing. I hope that with this explanation, you will find more logic in the other short film. It also took me a bit more work, because of the effort involved in creating the comic sketches, scanning them, uploading them to the AI, and giving it the correct instructions.
