distance at which the trees are drawn

Hi, at what distance do the trees start to appear? I have everything set to maximum and it seems to me that the trees start to appear at a very short distance.

The differences aren't huge; for me, it's only a few kilometers for High, and half that for Balanced. It wasn't as noticeable in the IL-2GB, but the trees at the treetops are a bit annoying; they become semi-transparent when flying low. The IL-2GB's terrain wasn't like this, so it might have been less noticeable. However, if it were to impact performance, I'd prefer it to remain as it is now.
