We need AI improvements in regard managing fuel in Career mode + new radio requests

Here is what I propose.
Since the radio is now voiced by AI, is it possible to add more options for both the player and the AI? Specifically:

1) In addition to the AI order option "Return to base", add a new one: "Return to the nearest friendly airfield."
In the mission logs after ending, it should state that the pilots will return to the unit in one day and the aircraft won't be lost; it will just need to be "virtually" refueled and ferried back to the base.

2) For the player, we should also add an extra radio call: "Request vector to the nearest friendly airfield." The logic would be exact same: landing at a friendly airfield counts as a completed mission without a failure, the aircraft is not lost, but you (the commander) will be unavailable for flights for 1 day, as you'll need to ferry the aircraft back to the home base.

3) I would also like to ask to improve the overall AI behavior. They should prioritize fuel consumption over everything else. For example, the bot should calculate the remaining fuel every 3 - 5 minutes against the amount needed to get back home. If fuel is running low, the AI should ignore orders, report that it is returning, and head home to land.

These seem like relatively simple features and suggestions. However, they would greatly improve the gameplay experience, because right now, as I understand it, all USSR factories are working solely for me to supply new MiGs over and over again.
