awkward order of arming screen

Currently when I select a new mission the natural order is to hit APPLY. The icon to go to the GROUP screen is tiny and seems unimportant, and so hit APPLY and missed the GROUP screen entirely through many csmpaigns in career, where I should be selecting weapons for the group. Now I find myself using BACK button a lot or just missing this step and the group gets the default ordnance. It would be much more natural to be carried automatically to the GROUP screen OR to have the GROUP arming button to the left of the APPLY button below.
