Frontline (Icon type Positions_0 / IconId=13) Doesn't show on the map

I have included two test missions.

-The "Korea Test Lines Mission - Copy" mission will not show the frontlines on the map.

-The "Korea Test Lines Mission" mission does show the frontlines. The only difference is I moved the last three Icons (bottom left) to the right.

Same amount of Icons.
