Moving install to new PC

Hi all…picking up my new PC this week and need a rundown on how to move my install over…Initially i bought BoS on steam as well as a couple of premium aircraft but all else i purchased through the IL2 website…will this make it difficult? If somebody can provide me with, or point me to, simple directions i would be very appreciative… did a search but came up empty handed…i suspect because i didnt really know how to word it concisely and our forums search capabilities have always been problematic, at least for me anyway..( that could be my own fault though)…i will want to move absolutely everything ie controller keybindings as well… thanks…cant wait to see how it goes in vr through an rtx 5080!

I am not 100% sure about additional contents you bought directly at IL2 but you should imho do like this:

1 . On the new PC install Steam and via Steam do a fresh install IL2 BoS.

2 . On the old PC Locate your IL2 folder in c:\…..\steamapps and copy complete content to a usb hard drive or something like this

3. On the new PC locate your IL2 folder and completely overwrite content by content of your usb hard drive

All you need to do is copy the IL2Series folder and paste it to your new PC. Don´t put the folder in "Program Files" folder or "Game" folder as thi can cause problem with updates or mods later.
