Make the radio command menu accessible via mouse

Currently the radio command menu is navigated by key press.  It would be much better to allow us to navigate it by mouse.  The mouse is just easier instead of key a number key relative to a particular command, or using arrow keys to navigate up and down a menu tree.  Also if needed a mouse would be faster to return to a prior menu selection.

Especially in VR i want to give orders via mouse and not through keyboard inputs.

Well - I mapped it to some Buttons on my Hotas, but agree that accepting mouse input would be a good feature and free up buttons I could also use for more flight relevant stuff.
