Make minimap size change persistant

Have to resize mini-map after every restart.  Please make size setting change for mini-map permanent.

In the Flight Interface settings there's a slider to adjust minimap size

 Well aware of where the setting is.  It doesn't stay the size you change it to, after restart it always defaults back to 100% size and you have to resize it again.
