Remove the cockpit camera collision in all cockpits

Simply looking 90° down in VR after resetting the cockpit with "numpad-5" and sitting straight is already shifting the cockpit view around, causing nausea. Leaning in closer to get a read on a partially hidden dial also shifts the camera.

The system is outdated and does more hurts than it ever helped. Remove it entirely by default please.
