Multiplayer: Let the plane crash

When you eject and hit 'Finish Mission' your plane disappears from the sky. For the person shooting you down, and everyone else in the vicinity, it's confusing - especially if the shooter didn't see the ejection; it looks like somebody trying to disconnect to avoid death.

Agree, when damaged or killed - Finish Mission should have 15 seconds delay at least
