Après quelque temps je me suis rendu compte que je n'avais pas les textes des échanges radios bien que les notif des destructions marchent. J'ai cherché mais il n'y a pas d'option spécifique à cela.
Enfaite il s'avère qu'il y a un bug qui fait que si votre jeu est en français, les textes des radios n'appariaient pas (même si cela est en anglais comme 80% du jeu qui n'est pas traduit en français)
Pour régler cela il faut aller dans Steam ->clic droit sur le jeu ->Propriété->Générale, et mettre le jeu en anglais. Et ainsi une fois lancé, vous aurez désormais les textes radios.

 

After a while, I realized that I wasn't getting the radio text messages, even though the destruction notifications were working. I looked, but there wasn't a specific option for that.

It turns out there's a bug that prevents the radio text messages from appearing if your game is in French (even if they're in English, like 80% of the game, which isn't translated into French).
To fix this, you need to go to Steam -> right-click on the game -> Properties -> General, and set the game to English. And once launched, you will then have the radio text.
