Using a trigger counter

I want to spawn a few planes ONLY once.  I've set up a check zone to activate a trigger counter which then activates the spawner.  The trigger counter is set to "1".  Will this activate the spawner ONLY once?

or you could try to activate with the checkzone directly the spawner and additional a timer of maybe 5 seconds is triggered by the checkzone too. And this timer could trigger an MCU deactivate that deactivates the checkzone?
