Track recording loop AKA rolling buffer

The recording feature should use a rolling-buffer, with the option to write it to disk automatically when it rolls over.

This feature would mean that you could choose to save the track after something interesting happened, instead of the current situation where you need to enable recording before. The recording would always contain the most recent X minutes, rather than simply ending when the buffer is full, as it does currently. It also means that if you don't save the track, the oldest parts of it are lost (unless it is written manually or automatically). However, it has the following advantages:

• You don't (shouldn't) need to remember to start the recording, and are therefore less likely to miss something interesting.
• A track file is only (or should only be) saved when you tell the game to save it, which means that you don't end up with a folder full of large tracks that don't contain anything interesting.
• You would no longer need to load and view each track to see if it contained anything interesting, if you only save the tracks after something interesting happened.
• No "recording full" message.
• No need to end a recording and start a new one (to avoid the current bug, or accidentally miss recording something).
• It would make bug-reports more likely to have a supporting track file.

To me, not having a rolling track recording feature is like having a dash-camera that runs out of memory. IMO it's a feature that has been sorely needed since BoS (it's been too long and I can't remember if RoF had a recording feature).

Perhaps a keybind should be provided to enable the track to be written to disk whenever the buffer rolls over, for people who want to record whole flights (third party software enabled this in GB).
