Time skipping feature, binded to the button

I'd like to be able to change the time skipping feature from automatic to manual in the settings. So I can open this window whenever I want while flying. Currently, the window can pop up automatically several times if I refuse to teleport or if it opens unexpectedly at an inopportune moment.

I think this is a cool idea. I don't know if it's something I'm doing or not doing, but I notice that some missions in my career end up having the game ask me if I want to skip to the next waypoint or 20km away from the target, and it would be nice to just have the ability to map a key for "Skip to Next Waypoint" or "Skip to Target Area" on my keyboard so I can do it whenever I want after I get my throttle and trim sorted out.
