Cannot start game from Steam

Hi. I purchased and installed the game from Steam two days ago, when it was released. I could play normally in the first day, but yesterday I began having problems with my login:

Then I could play offline, but today started having problems with an error stating that I need the newest version. I uninstalled and installed again from Steam, but now I cannot even play offline.
My Il-2 account is already linked to my Steam account.

Thanks! Anyway, I found out now it's not a problem of the game nor Steam, but the firewall that is blocking the account verification.
