DXGI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED at launch. What do I do?

When I open the game, I get this error message. No other window opens beforehand.
I have a pretty old system and wanted to tune down the graphics to match. Is it too outdated? I really wanna make this work.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 4-Core Processor (3.59 GHz)

Graphicscard: AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (2 GB)

16gb RAM
