Upper wing insignia on Communist aircraft

Didn't all Communist aircraft have their national insignia on both upper wing surfaces?  I've checked and it appears to be so.  Also, the full serial number should be displayed on the fin and rudder of all USAF aircraft with the legend "U.S. Air Force" stenciled in small letters above same.

The full serial number cannot be displayed due to how many tactical code slots can be coded for each plane.
