FuriousMeow Posted August 3 Posted August 3 (edited) I kept clicking around airbases in the task editor to find the ones that could suit longer runs for aircraft that required it, ex: F84. There's little rectangles beneath each base I never noticed that indicates runway length - 1 for short, 3 for long - and now I feel like a moron for not seeing that earlier. EDIT: While on the topic of runways, I think the most interesting is Kangwon. Any other unique ones out there? Edited August 3 by FuriousMeow 1
Avimimus Posted August 3 Posted August 3 There is also a little warning somewhere that appears if you select an aircraft with too long a take-off roll for the airfield! 15 hours ago, FuriousMeow said: EDIT: While on the topic of runways, I think the most interesting is Kangwon. Uther Posted August 3 Posted August 3 No matter how long the runway is, I always want it to be much, much longer when I'm trying to take off in fully loaded F-80... 9800X3D / Asus Radeon RX 7900 XT TUF OC / Corsair Vengeance EXPO 64GB / W11
Dash,Polder Posted August 3 Posted August 3 Use half flaps, almost every takeoff you see of actual Korean F-80's archive footage, they have half flap set. 2
