Career Awards Points

I like the idea of being able to award my pilots with medals. However, it seems like this point system is not quite there yet. You shouldn’t have to spend points on awarding your pilots with a pilots badge, that’s something they earned in flight training and they would already have that on arrival. Service medals are automatic awards that shouldn’t require spending any points. The commander gets their awards automatically and I think the commander should be able to award the other pilots as they see fit, without having to wait for points. If you’re sticking to the points thing, then I’d suggest giving award points at the end of each mission just like resource points. 
Also, there needs to be an easier way to see the entire squadron and each pilots stats all at once instead of clicking on each one individually. Similar the GB layout.

Same with Purple Hearts.  They get injured and do their time in Hospital, so they should get the medal automatically.

Totally agree. This endless awarding of pilot wings is a bit tedious.
