Joy2key does not work in Korea

I use Joy2key in IL-2 GB and DCS. But here in Korea Joy2key inputs are ignored. Even if started as admin.

Korea has great key bindings solution (not yet perfect, but good), but with joy2key I can use combos like "open team chat, send keys CHECK 6, press enter".

Will Joy2key be corrected/allowed in Korea?
