I have 4 devices, and in C:\01 C Games\IL2Series\game\data\Input\presets there in 4 presets I see shift keys and actions for all devices.

I have shift key as my Warthog Joystick on pinky key - that is  "dev1_b2". My shift key works good with that device 1.

But all other devices are also device 1???? That means if I bind that same shift key + any other button on throttle, then it does not work.
My combo is then   "dev1_b2+dev1_b16" and it should be "dev1_b2+dev2_b16"

Please renumber devices like 1, 2, 3... so we can use same modifier for all devices.

(Take care, outside of presets, the devices renumbering is correct)

PS: there is no way to add modifier trough game, except in key bindings wizard. Please add this as option in game menus.

Recommend you go into settings- Input Devices, under each listed device there are options, click on the "Empty".  It will remove each device, than go back to your Key Binds page and add them back one at a time and reset them, see if that will number them correctly.

@Dash,Polder do you have in presets always device 1? If yes, then it is a game issue, if no then I have to solve it on my pc.

It's just a workaround, but you can modify the key mapping file in the Input folder. I had to do that because two of my knobs weren't being recognized in the key binding menu.

Yes, I will do that, but if that is a game bug, then is better to wait for proper solution.

Solved, with latest update from today everything works!!!

Also, I finally solved why my "eject" does not work; on propeller plane that is "leave plane" 🙂
