Dan4052 Posted July 26 Posted July 26 I'm running an Intel i7-11700KF (3.60GHz) 16 Gb Ram , 10Gb Nvidia 3080. I'm currently playing AeroFly FS 4 flight sim, on high settings on aircraft, scenery, clouds with great results. I'm planning to use VR only with my Quest2. What can I reasonably expect from a gaming experience in IL-2??
Drewm3i-VR Posted July 27 Posted July 27 You will be able to play but will have to adjust some things carefully - online will be more performant.
Skycat1969 Posted July 27 Posted July 27 Me: Intel i7-9700K, 16 GB RAM, Nvidia EVGA RTX 2080 Ti. I only fly VR using the Reverb G2. IL-2 Great Battles runs great in most combat situations and during regular cruise flying. I did have to make some system tweaks to get good performance. I started my VR journey with the Oculus Rift-S and that headset was practically plug-and-play. I don't know how the Quest2 will compare.
