LuftManu Posted July 25 Posted July 25 Hey guys! With the introduction of Career Mode and the new mission types available in the Mission Editor, I've converted a few of them into cooperative missions. The time-skip function works perfectly so you and your friends can also skip route times! I also deleted the dependency of some triggers to end the mission. Original player is slot 1. I would keep him alive till the first waypoint! These missions follow the 147th GIAP, a Soviet MiG-15bis fighter regiment during the spring of 1951, in the early stages of the air war over Korea. The campaign begins with the unit's redeployment to Antung, followed by its first bomber interception missions before the large-scale battles over MiG Alley. These are not hand-mande from scratch or fine-tuned, but they can make up for tons of fun! and also shows it is feasible to conver these missions in a few steps. They are up to 8 players max. If some slots are not used by players, the AI will take them. There are currently 3 cooperative missions included. I hope you enjoy them! M1 Relocation M2 Interception South of Seoul M3 Interception over the Yellow Sea They are localized to English and Spanish. MeanSparrow Posted August 5 Posted August 5 This is really cool, thanks! How hard was it to convert the missions into Co-op-able ones?

Sorry as I probably saw the reply and forgot to answer 🙂 Actually, really easy! After you generate a mission (Career or task generator) the file will be created as _gen in data/missions Open that one in the editor, change it to COOP mode and enable the cooperative on the slots you want players to play. Save it in the data/multiplayer/cooperative folder Voilia! 🙂 1 Rig: RTX 5090 ASUS TUF / Ryzen 9850 X3D /Gigabyte X870E Pro X3D Motherboard / 48 GB DDR5 Teamgroup 8000 MT/s / MSI 321 URX QD-OLED 32" 4K

In Cooperative mode, you must predefine the specific planes players will spawn in, as the mission editor determines the aircraft selection rather than the players. In Dogfight mode, however, players choose their own aircraft; you simply need to place "a spawn" point from the Airfields category for them to select. 1 Rig: RTX 5090 ASUS TUF / Ryzen 9850 X3D /Gigabyte X870E Pro X3D Motherboard / 48 GB DDR5 Teamgroup 8000 MT/s / MSI 321 URX QD-OLED 32" 4K
