Installation issue

i do not appreciate this game although I wanted to.  after working several times I stopped loading. I uninstalled, then reinstallled and same failure. I displayed a button to select support than didnt work. At this my opinion is hold release and get it fixed. Until then I want a refund

While this will not change anything, I feel your pain, although I didn’t have any issues at first. The reason I’m replying to your comment is about the support. I posted a technical issue and have no idea if it even was received because I’ve gotten nothing back stating the message was, let alone a possible solution. I enjoyed the brief time I played it, it’s actually quite nice, but a refund might be in order, if that’s even possible somehow. 

 

I posted this too soon. My apologies to the developers because they did respond. Further assistance is required along with patience on my side. 

 

Unfortunately, I'm still not able to complete the update. Tried many, many ideas and nothing works. Expensive sim and not getting anywhere.

Wondering if you have had any luck? I have not found a solution. Since this sim game out, I’ve downloaded a new game and updated 2 others. I truly believe it’s not my computer.
