FFB flipping out after server mission ended

An online mission ended while I was in flight in the Shooting Star and immediately my joystick slammed full aft with full force. Shortly after that it slammed full fore. And it kept going back and forth like that with short intervals until I closed the game.

 

I'm using the Moza AB9 joystick base set to integrated FF (which has been working quite well otherwise)

Weird FFB stuff when server ends when in the air happens in Great Battles as well. For me it is joystick starting to 'grind' and make weird noise. Microsoft FFB2. I need to turn off the game for it to stop. Doesn't happen always and I do not have any tips on how to avoid it. When on a server that has a warning that mission will end shortly (10 seconds) I just switch off FFB in the joystick. I have a switch in my franken FFB2.
