Do we need to setup a Dserver account?

Do we need to setup a special dserver account like we did in GB if we want to host on a server on a different PC?
I notice that maybe this part isn't finished yet, but I'm hoping for some limited support so we can host a small server soon (tonight).

I would appreciate knowing which topic helped clarify the procedure for you. I can't figure out how to get an account for a DServer. Is it still necessary to get a second account or not?
