Passed exams F-80C vanished after restart of the game

I have finished the "Ground Attack" exam now several times successfully and the passing stamp ist always missing after restarting the game.

At least "Route Flight" and "Air Combat" passing stamps now stay, they also vanished after restart when I finished them successfully the first time.
