License Key invalid ?

 Hi purchased game downloaded Ok installed Ok  paste in license key in the box, message back invalid License key ? tried many times no luck, checked the digits all Ok as entered in my profile game key is activated ? any help much appreciated, message 5 liecense not activated ?.

 Hi Lukeff thanks for the info I have already contacted support and had 2 tickets opened over about 5 days they have replied but just keep telling me to send screenshots of the problem I am having, valid key code on purchase screen shown active, message box, all log in details not being saved so every time I try to play the game I have to re-type my information in, then I get message invalid key code. I thought somebody at ICGAMES woluld be able to sort this problem out with no problems, I wonder if it is the 2 part download system could be my problem. I did try to register the game at steam for the future release but then relised that the full game key code would  be different also my laptop refuses to screen caprure any error messages when they appear but I have sent purchase and key code activated screen shots to support.
