Smaller airfield labels

Currently airfield labels cover big chunks of the map which is annoying especially if aircraft icon is disabled and it's needed to use the map for navigation. I think it would be better to make them smaller or keep just a flag like it was in GB. If you think finding airfields on the map will be an issue you can add the list of airfields to the side menu.
