launcher fails to connect with Error (2) connecting to s3.il2korea.com...

I have three computers on my local network at home, and the installer has loaded easily on two of them, but the first one will not initialize the download after installing the launcher.  I have checked ports, tried DMZ on, turned of firewalls, redownloaded the installer, turned off Defender security checks, installed to a different directory, and flushed DNS cache but nothing seems to help.  I would really like to get it working on this machine to use as a dedicated DServer.

 

Any support would be appreciated.
